Digital Project Officer (Ref: 253483)

£34,544 - £43,039 (Band 5)

Full-time (36 hours/week)

Fixed-term contract/secondment until 30 June 2027

Edinburgh/Glasgow - hybrid working will apply for the foreseeable future

Healthcare Improvement Scotland is seeking a talented Project Officer to support our digital transformation, helping colleagues adopt practical Microsoft 365 solutions and make better use of approved digital tools.

To Support Our Transition, You Will

  • Be digitally competent in using a range of Microsoft 365 products and understand how they can be applied to improve ways of working.
  • Help identify and implement digital solutions across the organisation.
  • Be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy work schedule.
  • Be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience in supporting digital projects.
