Digital Projects Coordinator – Sweaty Betty
About Sweaty Betty
We burst onto the scene as the female-first activewear pioneers back in 1998. Since then, we’ve been on a global mission to empower women through fitness and beyond. By uniting a global community of women—our sisterhood, we encourage each other to embrace our bodies and everything they can do.
Our sisterhood treats every day like it’s made for moving, always pushing to do better—through responsibly sourced materials, our first-ever FemTech collection (supporting movement through menstruation, maternity, and menopause), and supporting girls from all backgrounds through our Sweaty Betty Foundation to get into sport.
This is an exciting 12-month Fixed-Term Contract opportunity to join us as a Digital Projects Coordinator—commitment to our mission? We’re all in.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
