About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a Digital Projects Executive to join our dynamic Global Digital Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract—the perfect chance to make digital experiences better through meaningful work. Based on a hybrid model (50% office / 50% remote), you’ll learn and grow as you support websites and digital tools used globally by patients, families and healthcare professionals, ensuring every effort brings real-world impact.

This role provides full training and onboarding, a supportive collaborative environment, and hands-on experience in website development, SEO, digital analytics, accessibility, and modern project tools—all while expanding your career in hybrid digital roles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enhancing Digital Experiences: Spearhead improvements in our digital presence, ensuring it's accessible, accurate, and user-focused for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Supporting Digital Projects: Play a critical part in digital launches such as website redesigns, accessibility rollouts, and SEO/GEO initiatives spanning multiple regions.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside international colleagues, 함수단위 (functionalBinder), development partners, and stakeholders across external organisations.
  • Content Management: Maintain and update websites using CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, SharePoint) to ensure content aligns with global standards.
  • Project Coordination: Aid in planning and delivering digital projects, from strategy to go-live, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Developing Digital Tools: Apply tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform checks to guarantee websites and resources meet compliance, accessibility, and user experience standards.
  • Data Insights: Monitor performance metrics to inform improvements, backed by analytics knowledge.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a closely related subject.
  • A genuine interest in web development, digital marketing, and technology.
  • Basic familiarity with website development (platforms, CMS, and how websites function).
  • Awareness of SEO, website analytics, or digital performance tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.
  • Excellent people skills with confidence working with internal teams and global stakeholders.
  • Proactivity and a learning mindset to upskill with emerging digital tools.

Bonus: Additional Experience

While not compulsory, desire and/or understanding of any would be particularly welcome:

  • Google Analytics, SEO analytics techniques or digital measurement frameworks.
  • Power BI, SharePoint, Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • CMS platforms, such as Drupal.
  • Accessibility & GDPR compliance, including GDPR-aware design practices.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
