Digital Retail & E-Commerce Coordinator

About The Job

As Digital Retail and E-Commerce Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact and support the day-to-day trading of the Louis Vuitton UK website, working closely with retail teams, Client Services in Brussels, local Client Development and Supply Chain teams, and Digital teams in Paris. Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial, innovative mindset are essential.

Job responsibilities

Trade calendar management

  • Own the UKIR trade calendar with timely, accurate updates
  • Proactively schedule key pushes and launches to drive advance trade actions
  • Recommend trade plans and collaborate with stakeholders to align on levers and opportunities for sales targets

Reporting

  • In collaboration with the Digital Retail and E-commerce Manager, report for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance, sharing with the wider business
  • Create synthesis reports for actionable insights to optimise the business
  • Ensure trade plan actions are executed on time

CRM

  • Define email marketing strategy, targeting, and segmenting in partnership with the EMEA CRM team
  • Set up the local strategy for LV App push notifications and SMS, respecting brand guidelines
  • Support planning and A/B testing to ensure optimized performance

Website

  • Manage weekly homepage updates aligned with local strategy and ownership of commercial messaging across the client journey
  • Ensure correct and updated information on key pages: delivery & returns and FAQs
  • Perform UAT testing and act as a business user for key projects, operational, and technical developments

Omni-channel

  • Develop close relationships with stores and client services, acting as a key point of contact and leveraging colleagues both locally and in Brussels
  • Provide first-line support to the retail network, addressing Digital Retail and E-Commerce initiatives where applicable
  • Refine and optimise localisation omni-channel procedures

Client Development

  • Play a key role in identifying and developing top clients
  • Coordinate details for nominations and events
  • Share valuable insights on top digital clients

Third parties

  • Work alongside the Digital Retail and E-Commerce Manager to strategise and implement third-party digital experiences

Profile

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Strong analytical skills, including Excel, with a keen interest in gaining insights from information sources
  • Strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a dynamic workload
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish professional working relationships with those, both internal and external
  • A curious mindset, with the ability to think outside the box
  • Innovative, with the capability to bring solutions and challenge assumptions
