esynergy are looking for a Digital Sales Consultant to own early-stage engagement across both inbound and outbound leads. You’ll accelerate the lead journey with prospective clients from awareness to consideration to engagement until they’re sales-ready opportunities, ensuring a seamless, high-quality handover to our Sales team.
You’ll be credible, conversational, and persistent — someone who enjoys building relationships, managing leads effectively, and creating meaningful connections.
Responsibilities:
- Shape and convert market insight into targeted growth strategies, campaigns, and account plays
- Engage prospects through relevant channels such as digital, social media, events, campaigns, queries, email, cold calling, and webinars to develop them into sales-qualified leads.
- Qualify opportunities using methodology such as MEDDICC
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and uncover new trends across the market
- Work with client partners and 3rd party alliances to identify and target key customers, industries, and key personas (c-suite & tech leadership) that would benefit from our offerings
- Build and nurture relationships across multiple touchpoints to create a strong, qualified pipeline
- Deliver commercial insight, manage customer objections, and suitably position our offerings to maximize sales.
- Develop prospect call preparation intelligence including company background research and other pertinent lead information.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with suitable calls to action.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure brand consistency in customer outreach efforts.
- Regular reporting on progress, leads, constraints, and insights and finding ways to adjust to improve lead quality and velocity.

Requirements:
- A proven track record of achievement in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation, with confidence in high-volume outreach and engaging prospects via outbound calling and prospecting.
- Comfortable in selling to all levels of an organization including C-levels
- A natural ability to build relationships, nurturing prospects over multiple touchpoints to create meaningful connections.
- Curious and consultative in approach, with an interest in understanding customer needs and qualifying the right opportunities.
- Strong communication and listening skills, enabling clear, engaging, and effective conversations.
- Organised and methodical, with a proactive mindset and comfort working towards targets and goals.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data with honed listening and note-taking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
