Inizio Engage is delighted to be partnering with a leading designer and manufacturer of the highest quality aerosol drug delivery and lung health devices for the management of respiratory conditions. This is an opportunity for an industry professional to work in an energetic and fast-paced environment, utilizing digital technologies to arrange and book appointments with healthcare professionals on behalf of medical representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to target accounts and book appointments with key stakeholders
- Work in partnership with field teams to maximize coverage
- Input and update accurate CRM activity
- Achieve call parameters and targets set by Inizio Engage and the client
- Understand and remain updated on the NHS and other relevant authority bodies
- Provide the Business Manager with accurate and timely weekly/monthly activity data
- Liaise with all relevant personnel within Inizio Engage and the client company
- Adhere to all Inizio Engage minimum standards and SOP’s
- Maintain excellent quality standards for all client programs; adhere to program scripts and guidelines
- Contribute positively to the sales team and broader account team you work within

Essential Skills
- Degree level education (or equivalent)
- Excellent telephone manner, clear communication skills, a real desire and commitment to consistently overachieve any requirements of the role
- Ability to build rapport quickly and a desire to deliver on behalf of Inizio Engage and the Client
- Working knowledge of the NHS environment
