As a Digital Sales Representative, you will play a key role in growing ADP's business across the UK market. Working with businesses of up to 300 employees, you'll identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, demonstrate ADP's market-leading HR and Payroll solutions, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contract.
This is a consultative sales role where you'll combine prospecting, networking, social selling, and relationship-building skills to uncover client challenges and position ADP's solutions as the answer. While marketing-generated leads will form part of your pipeline, you'll also be expected to create new opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, cross-selling, upselling, and cold calling.
You'll work directly with business owners, HR leaders, Payroll professionals, and other decision-makers, helping them streamline their HR and Payroll processes while achieving their business goals.

Create Opportunities Through Proactive Prospecting
You'll use a variety of prospecting techniques including social selling, CRM data, networking, referrals, and outbound calling to identify businesses experiencing HR and Payroll challenges and engage them in meaningful conversations.
Become a Trusted Advisor
You'll take a consultative approach to sales, listening carefully to client needs and educating prospects on market trends, industry challenges, and opportunities to improve their HR and Payroll processes.
Demonstrate ADP Solutions
You'll conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how ADP's solutions address client pain points and deliver business value.
Own the Full Sales Cycle
From first contact through proposal, negotiation, and close, you'll manage the entire sales process while building strong relationships with prospective clients.
Collaborate for Success
You'll partner closely with your Sales Leader and colleagues to develop targeted campaigns, share best practices, and execute strategic outreach initiatives.
Maintain a High-Quality Pipeline
You'll manage and maintain accurate prospect records, ensuring CRM data is up to date and supporting effective territory planning and sales execution.
Deliver Results
You'll work toward activity, pipeline, meeting, and revenue targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer engagement.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

You enjoy understanding business challenges, asking thoughtful questions, and recommending solutions that create value for customers.

You can communicate effectively over the phone, through virtual meetings, and in writing. You're confident presenting to business owners and key stakeholders.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:
- Experience in sales, business development, customer service, retail, hospitality, recruitment, or another customer-facing environment.
- Previous experience generating leads, prospecting, or managing customer relationships.
