Salary: £38,000 to £50,000 plus 2 yearly bonuses Location: London, UK 3 days in the office, 2 from home (Monday, Friday)

Ideal Candidate Profile
In this role, you will work on some of the world’s most pressing issues — you will create and launch best-in-class digital campaigns that mobilise audiences globally to make change.

- Lead and implement paid and organic campaigns
- Analyze audience and insights data
- Co-develop multi-platform creative ideas
- Build relationships with a broad range of clients
- Advise and consult on how they can launch genuinely innovative digital campaigns, delivering measurable impact
Ideal experience: At least 3–5 years activating digital campaigns in a communications agency or in-house. You will need:

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management and Optimization
- Develop efficient and effective multi-channel digital campaigns integrating into wider strategies to help clients make real-world change
- Develop and implement paid media plans, including:
- Forecasting
- KPI setting
- Audience development for channels, including:
- Google Ads
- Meta
- TikTok
- Twitter/X
- Create standout social content concepts tailored to each platform’s best practices, including:
- Thumb-stopping hooks and visuals
- Smart use of formats, trends, and tools
- Run paid and organic social media campaigns, from:
- Drafting copy
- Setting up paid social media advertising
- Developing digital strategies
- Lead real-time and ongoing campaign analysis, recommending optimisations against data, such as:
- Impressions share
- Quality score
- Conversion rate
- Budgets
- Undertake social media analytics (with support from social listening to social mapping)
- Work within an integrated team, aligning digital with PR, advocacy, insights, insights, web, and design to drive impact
- Concept and co-create campaign deliverables:
- Petition text
- Social copy
- Email journey text
- News stories
- Letters
- Articles
- Campaign case studies (based on performance analysis)
Team Management
- Provide line management for Mobilisation team Junior executives
- Exercising account leadership to:
- Help lead client strategy in conjunction with the wider team
- Represent the agency leadership team
- Undertake research for clients or new business proposals and present findings to potential clients

Strategic Account Management
- Proactively manage and work with portfolios of clients:
- Operating at advance levels with campaigns focused on world-changing issues
- Knowledge of clients’ organisational objectives
- Collaborating on strategies that smash KPIs
- Building long-term client relationships, creating integrated digital solutions
- Take a long-term, careful approach to cross-channel planning
- Becoming the primary point of contact for clients, leading:
- Weekly calls
- Monthly meetings
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years’ paid advertising and social media management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong data literacy (with ability to crunch clients’ numbers and deliver insightful analyses)
- A strong blended skillset in digital marketing, with experience in:
- Both organic and paid media
- Passion for digital and delivering standout work for clients
