Digital Skills and Learning Manager

Digital Skills and Learning Manager – Power to Connect

Power to Connect is looking for an experienced, community-focused Digital Skills and Learning Manager to lead and strengthen our digital skills and digital inclusion offer in Wandsworth.

Salary & Terms

  • Salary: £18,000 per year (£30,000 full-time equivalent)
  • Hours: 0.6 FTE (3 days per week)
  • Contract: Fixed-term for 1 year
  • Location: Hybrid – one day per week in a shared co-working space in Wandsworth, with home working, plus attendance at service delivery sessions and networking events across the borough.

About the Role

Power to Connect is dedicated to bridging the digital divide in Wandsworth. Since launching in 2020, we’ve supported over 7,000 individuals and families through:

  • Device redistribution
  • Digital skills training
  • Ongoing support

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape an accessible, high-quality learning programme that helps underserved communities build digital confidence, access essential services, improve employability, and engage fully in everyday life.

You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, overseeing the digital skills and learning offer, managing two Digital Tutors, supporting volunteer Digital Champions, and fostering partnerships across the borough. Additionally, you’ll ensure learners can confidently use emerging technologies—including AI—in both personal and professional settings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
