Vyntelligence is one of the fast-growing SaaS companies specialising in sustainable innovation, powering digital ecosystems for world-renowned brands in telecommunications, utilities, and energy. We’re recruiting a driven undergraduate student for a year-long industry placement.
You’ll provide end-to-end support across the customer solution journey:
- Aligning with customer goals
- Designing digital workflows, dashboards, and storytelling
- Being the first-line contact for issue resolution (e.g., ticketing system)
- Collaborating closely with Customer Success leads

What You’ll Do
- Align customer objectives and ensure measurable outcomes are delivered
- Verify Key Success Criteria (KSCs) and support fulfilment milestones
- Map and design digital customer journeys
- Simplify data flows
- Develop customer-facing dashboards and storyboards
- Troubleshoot and support customer operations
- Respond to support tickets effectively
- Advocate for customers across product, engineering, and sales teams
- Configure and tailor product features
- Build solutions matching customer workflows and requirements
Key Requirements
Eligibility
- A UK undergraduate pursuing their placement year (confirmed placement prerequisite)
- Gravitate towards fast-paced environments, eager to develop technical and commercial skills
Soft Skills
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Thrive in cross-functional collaboration, readily learning from team peers
- Detail-oriented with adaptability for ambiguity, uncertainty, and change

Technical Foundation
- Fluid in HTML, CSS and JavaScript foundation
- Must familiarise with or gain entry-level proficiency in:
- APIs (SOAP & REST)
- AWS QuickSight (preferred but low-barrier advantage)
Financial Offer
- Annual package: £25,000
