Vyntelligence is looking for an undergraduate student for a year in industry placement.

What You'll Do
- Alignment with customers' objectives and key success criteria and fulfillment of agreed customer outcomes.
- Build customer end-to-end digital transformation journey including data flows, dashboards & storyboards.
- Serve as the first line contact to resolve customer issues. Answer support tickets in a timely fashion.
- Work closely with Customer success leads in all aspects of customer management.
- Build and configure product based on the customer workflow.
What You'll Need
- Pursuing an Undergraduate degree in the UK with placement year requirements.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
- Team-player always willing to listen, collaborate and learn.
- Flexible and able to operate effectively within ambiguity, uncertainty, and change.
- Have basic skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Have, or be willing to learn, basic technical skills in CSS and connect to APIs (SOAP / REST).
- Knowledge of AWS Quicksight will be an added advantage.

Salary
£25,000 per annum.
