Digital Solutions Manager
Location: UK Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Experience Level: Experienced Professional
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Manager to own the strategy, development, and lifecycle of our Digital Solutions and eProcurement integrations, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
This role will work closely with IT, operations, customers, and trading partners to ensure reliable, scalable, and compliant data exchange across our supply chain and business systems.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management skills with a deep understanding of EDI standards, integration technologies, and B2B data exchange workflows, along with a passion for driving digital efficiency and automation.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the lifecycle of Digital Solutions and eProcurement integrations, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Define product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies for B2B data exchange and EDI solutions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, customers) to design, implement, and optimise integration architectures.
- Oversee EDI standards compliance, message mapping, and data transformation workflows.
- Drive automation and AI/ML adoption to reduce manual tasks and enhance scalability.
- Manage vendor/partner relationships, ensuring faster onboarding, transaction reliability, and system resilience.
- Analyse data and workflow performance to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of integration systems.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven product strategy & roadmap management experience
- Strong knowledge of B2B integrations, EDI standards & B2B data exchange workflows
- Expertise in EDI standards, message mapping, and technical product management
- Experience with data analysis and cross-functional leadership
- Experience with AI or machine learning is a huge advantage
- Ability to manage partners/vendors, improving onboarding efficiency and transaction reliability
- Confidence in scaling integration architectures while maintaining reliability & compliance.
