Help change the travel industry from the ground up! Join our pioneering travel CIC as a Digital Storyteller. You'll create engaging social media & destination guides where mainstream holiday sales actively fund global empowerment.
What difference will you make?
As our Digital Storyteller, your impact is immediate, commercial, and highly quantifiable. Because of our unique CIC structure, we do not ask for donations; we rely entirely on sustainable travel sales to fund our mission.
Your work doesn’t just "raise awareness", it generates the actual revenue that builds schools, funds micro-finance, and protects the environment. When you write a vibrant destination guide or create a viral TikTok about a mainstream family summer holiday, you are acting as the direct funding engine for our global initiatives. The more holidays your content helps us sell, the more profit we legally safeguard to fund our 'Four Pillars of Change'.
You won't be handed a list of mundane, repetitive tasks. You will be given a blank canvas and the creative trust to build a digital strategy directly with the Founder and our Marketing Director.
For a creative professional, joining a pioneering social enterprise at the ground floor is a uniquely powerful case study for your portfolio. You won't just be proving that you can build an engaging brand, you will be proving that your creative skills can successfully transform everyday, mainstream travel sales into a self-sustaining engine for global good.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly creative, results-oriented digital storyteller. You must have a proven ability to craft aspirational travel and lifestyle content that inspires action and drives our sustainable funding.
The ideal candidate will possess the following core experience and qualities
- Digital Content Creation (3+ Years Experience) You must have a strong professional background in digital marketing, social media management, or creative content production. You should be highly proficient in creating visually stunning, short-form content (using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Persuasive Lifestyle Copywriting We aren't just posting pretty pictures; we are promoting bespoke luxury, accessible, and adventure holidays. You need a sharp, engaging copywriting style that can craft compelling destination guides, captivating social captions, and highly effective digital website copy.
- An Aspirational Yet Ethical Mindset You deeply understand the psychology of consumer lifestyle marketing. You know exactly how to showcase the 'dream' of a luxury Maldives honeymoon or a Costa Rican eco-tour. Crucially, you know how to weave our social impact story into this content with dignity and radical transparency, completely avoiding manipulative 'charity-guilt' or corporate greenwashing.
- Autonomous and Tech-Forward As a fully remote volunteer, you need to be a highly organized self-starter. We work in an agile, innovation-forward startup environment, so you should be completely comfortable collaborating asynchronously and utilizing modern digital tools and AI to help scale your creative output efficiently.
- Passion for Purpose-Driven Impact You want your creative output to mean something. You are excited by the prospect of coming in at the ground floor of a pioneering CIC, proving that mainstream travel marketing can be used to actively fund education, equality, and environmental regeneration in developing nations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Yule Travel Group is a pioneering commercial travel agency and social enterprise on an unstoppable mission to change the travel industry from the ground up. We sell mainstream holidays at normal high-street prices, but with a game-changing twist 100% of our retained profits are legally locked to fund global development projects. We also run a free B2B business incubator empowering marginalized individuals in the UK to launch their own travel franchises.
Working directly alongside our Founder and Executive Board, we are looking for a visionary Digital Storyteller to architect the visual and narrative voice of our brand. You will use your creative skills to drive mainstream travel sales, which serves as the commercial funding engine for our multi-year plan to create massive, measurable global good.
Key Responsibilities
- Scroll-Stopping Content Design 2–3 engaging social media assets (short-form video, reels, Canva graphics) per week to showcase exciting, mainstream travel experiences.
- Mission-Driven Copywriting Craft immersive website content, vibrant destination guides, and bespoke, impact-led itineraries.
- Brand Guardianship Translate our complex 'Robin Hood' model into clear, consumer-friendly narratives. We enforce a strict "anti-pity" and "anti-guilt" brand voice, selling the joy of a holiday first, and the charity impact second.
Who we are looking for
We respect that our volunteers are high-level professionals. You must have at least 3 years of professional experience in digital content creation, copywriting, or social media management. You should be highly autonomous, visually sharp, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment.
The Setup
This is a 100% remote, asynchronous role. You complete your hours entirely on your own schedule, from anywhere in the UK, using platforms like Trello to collaborate.
