The Role: Digital Strategy Manager
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic individual experienced in building multichannel digital campaigns to fill the role of Digital Strategy Manager. This position will involve:
- Owning the digital dimension of all Move’s retained clients
- Developing strategies and overseeing implementation
- Managing direct reports and external subcontractors
- Playing a key role in driving digital channel performance for a global client base
Reporting into the Managing Director, this role offers plenty of opportunity for development and progression. As part of the company’s ambitious growth plans, it’s an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team!

Key Responsibilities
- Be the main source of knowledge for digital strategy and channel selection, including leadership in management and selection of digital channels
- Guide the team and lead execution of multichannel campaigns and website projects
- Develop digital marketing proposals for prospects and strategic consultancy pieces aligned with Move’s “8 moves of B2B” framework
- Create and implement ROI-focused campaign strategies, collaborating across departments
- Contribute to the broader marketing strategy of Move’s clients
- Ensure digital channels work in harmony by establishing workflows for internal teams and clients
- Monitor performance, suggest tactical adjustments, and help Move hit its client targets
- Oversee production of monthly and quarterly client digital reports
- Hold line management responsibility as well as managing external subcontractors
- Build the internal Digital team, including a series of new hires over the next 18 months

Skills & Competencies
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Essential agency experience (B2B experience preferred)
- Expertise in managing digital strategies across:
- Campaigns
- Websites
- Always-on digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven, strategic thinking
- Strong initiative, communication, and pragmatic problem-solving
- Exceptional project management skills
- Ability to thrive as an individual contributor and as part of a collaborative team
- Clear understanding of structuring and evaluating multichannel campaigns
