Department: Digital Sales Team (DTAM)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our EMEA Digital Territory Account Management (DTAM) team for the Netherland based in Cork. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to manage client accounts directly or via our partner community, drive business development, and ensure the seamless delivery of Security Applications solutions across the region. This role requires a dynamic professional adept at bridging technical expertise with strong client relationships while collaborating across teams in the EMEA region to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Partners, acting as the primary point of contact for their security and technology needs.
- Strategy Development: Drive strategic account planning, identify opportunities for growth, and develop detailed solution proposals tailored to the client.
- Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Netherlands and contribute to the broader DTAM initiatives across EMEA.
- Solution Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge network and digital technology solutions that align with client expectations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance metrics, ensuring all service delivery frameworks are met in adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Market Insight: Maintain awareness of the latest trends and developments in network and digital technologies and ensure solutions remain innovative and competitive.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work in tandem with regional EMEA teams, aligning strategies and sharing insights to ensure operational excellence and success.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of one years sales experience and ideally BDR (outbound & inbound) experience with net new hunting appetite. Self motivated individual with a strong passion to succeed.
- Knowledge of the IT Security industry and it Partner eco-system.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or technical sales within the security technology industry.
- Exceptional understanding of network technologies, digital solutions, and market trends within the EMEA region and specifically in the Netherlands.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and developing long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English is required, Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and EMEA as required.

Hybrid and Remote Work
- Hybrid: Employees within 30 commutable miles of an F5 office are required to work from the office a minimum of 30 business days per quarter.
- Remote: Primarily work from designated home location but can come into an F5 office to work or travel to an offsite location as needed.
