About Oh Polly
Founded in 2015, Oh Polly is a fast-growing, social first fashion brand that creates trend-driven, high-quality premium products. With a focus on innovation, global responsibility, and ethics. We’ve built a combined social following of over 10 million across our brands, including Bo+Tee; our activewear line. Operating across multiple global offices, we are a dynamic team offering ambitious individuals the chance to thrive, grow, and take their careers to the next level.
The Role
We're looking for a commercially driven, proactive Trading Manager to join our Liverpool team, supporting both Oh Polly and Bo+Tee. Reporting into the Retail Director you'll be responsible for driving online sales performance across both brands by optimising the customer journey, analysing trading performance and delivering best-in-class e-commerce execution.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment and has a passion for turning data into commercial action. Working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Buying, Marketing, Creative, CRM, and Tech, you'll ensure all websites are fully optimised to maximise conversion, revenue, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day trading performance across global sites for Oh Polly and Bo+Tee
- Monitor sales, conversion, traffic, AOV, units per transaction, and other key commercial KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities to drive growth.
- Deliver weekly and daily trading analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Manage the online trading calendar, ensuring product launches, campaigns, and promotions are executed seamlessly.
- Optimise product merchandising across category pages, landing pages, and onsite search to maximise sales and customer experience.
- Work closely with Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure the right products are available, visible, and performing.
- Collaborate with CRM, Paid Media, and Marketing teams to support key campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trading events.
- Analyse customer behaviour and trading reports to identify opportunities to improve conversion.
- Be in tune with the latest trends and be able to recommend actions to maximise full-price sell-through.
- Support pricing, promotional, and markdown strategies in line with commercial objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey through AB testing and continuous optimisation.
- Produce regular trading reports, competitor analysis, and market insights.
- Support major trading periods including Black Friday, Cyber Week, Christmas, and seasonal launches.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
