The Opportunity
Gravitas are partnering with a large organisation undergoing a major Digital Strategy Programme, transforming how technology, systems and processes are delivered across the business.
As part of this transformation, they are looking to hire two experienced Digital Trainers to support the successful rollout and adoption of new digital platforms across key operational areas. These are critical hires within the programme and offer the opportunity to play a pivotal role in helping colleagues embrace new ways of working.
You'll join a fast-paced transformation environment where training, stakeholder engagement and digital adoption are fundamental to programme success.
Available Positions
Digital Trainer – Finance & Property
This role will support the implementation and adoption of digital solutions across Finance and Property functions.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to create and deliver engaging learning content for teams involved in:
- Order to Cash
- Procure to Pay
- Forecasting and Budgeting
- Property Management Accounting
- Property and Lease Management

Experience training users on Finance or Property systems such as Dynamics 365 F&O, FlexProperty, or similar platforms would be highly beneficial.
Digital Trainer – Facilities & Workforce (CAFM)
This role focuses on Facilities Management and Workforce Planning functions, supporting the adoption of new systems and processes across frontline teams.
Areas of focus include:
- Hard FM
- Soft FM
- Asset Management
- Work Order Management
- Scheduling and Workforce Planning
Experience delivering training on CAFM platforms such as Planon or similar solutions is highly desirable.
This position will require regular travel across England to deliver face-to-face training sessions and support a diverse, shift-based workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain engaging learning materials, guides and digital resources.
- Deliver classroom, virtual and blended learning programmes.
- Support large-scale digital transformation initiatives and system rollouts.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and learning requirements.
- Deliver training sessions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support user adoption, engagement and continuous learning.
- Gather feedback and continually improve training content and delivery methods.
- Help colleagues build confidence in new systems and ways of working.

Essential
- Previous experience as a Digital Trainer, Systems Trainer or IT Trainer.
- Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience creating high-quality training materials and user guides.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes, technologies and systems.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience delivering training to large audiences across multiple channels.
Desirable
Finance & Property Trainer
- Experience within Finance, Property or Real Estate environments.
- Experience training Dynamics 365 F&O, FlexProperty or similar platforms.
Facilities & Workforce Trainer
- Experience within Facilities Management environments.
- Experience training CAFM solutions such as Planon or equivalent platforms.
- Experience delivering training to large operational or frontline workforces.
