We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Transformation Engineer to support the delivery and ongoing management of our digital platforms and systems.
This role plays a key part in shaping and improving our technology landscape, working across the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through to release and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver secure, reliable, and user-focused solutions.

What you will be doing as a Digital Transformation Engineer
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from planning through to release and optimisation;
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and support incident resolution;
- Ensure solutions meet quality, compliance, and user acceptance standards;
- Deliver training materials, user guides, and system documentation;
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and company data security standards;
- Maintain secure handling of system credentials and sensitive data.

What we need from you as a Digital Transformation Engineer
- Experience supporting digital or systems-based projects;
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle;
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and task management tools;
- Awareness of APIs, integrations, and data structures;
- Experience translating business requirements into technical deliverables;
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
