Obelis Group is currently looking for a Group Digital Transformation & Integration Manager (DTO)!
Your Role and Key Responsibilities
As the Group Digital Transformation & Integration Manager (DTO), you will support and accelerate the digital transformation, integration, harmonization, and scalability of Obelis Group, while ensuring governance, operational alignment, and sustainable growth.
In this role, you will act as a cross-functional enabler, helping departments align on transformation priorities, systems integration, and scalable ways of working, while preserving Obelis’ identity as a compliance, governance, and trust organization.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Support transformation governance across the Group.
- Drive process harmonization and scalability initiatives across functions.
- Contribute to vendor and solution governance to ensure alignment with business needs and organizational standards.
- Support AI and innovation initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability.
- Facilitate integration efforts across systems, teams, and processes.
- Coordinate transformation projects and cross-functional follow-up.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare transformation-related reporting.
- Promote operational alignment while respecting departmental ownership of processes and performance.
- Contribute to the long-term Vision 2030 perspective by ensuring technology remains an accelerator and scalability tool for the organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in digital transformation, business transformation, process improvement, project management, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation methodologies.
- Solid experience with project governance and cross-functional coordination.
- Knowledge of business process optimization and scalability principles.
- Awareness of AI, automation, and innovation opportunities in business environments.
- Understanding of systems integration concepts and organizational interdependencies.
- Change management capabilities and the ability to support transformation adoption.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different departments.
- Analytical and structured mindset with attention to governance and operational alignment.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
