Position Objectives
- Lead the design and delivery of digital transformation initiatives by defining scalable, secure, and integrated solution architectures aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive process automation, enterprise integration, and technology modernization to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Establish architecture governance, technical standards, and security principles to ensure sustainable and future-ready digital solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into innovative, technology-enabled solutions.
Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of enterprise solution architectures supporting digital transformation and business modernization initiatives.
- Define end-to-end solution architectures, integration strategies, and technology roadmaps aligned with business and operational objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and digital optimization, developing automation backlogs and implementation roadmaps.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for digital solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, and highly available solution architectures that comply with enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks.
- Define API integration, middleware, data exchange, and interoperability requirements across enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
- Establish architecture governance, technology standards, security controls, and solution review processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, development teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to support digital transformation objectives.
- Ensure solutions comply with information security, data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Support solution implementation, technical assurance, architecture reviews, testing, and operational readiness.
- Prepare architecture documentation, technical specifications, governance reports, and executive presentations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Enterprise Architecture, or Business Administration is an advantage.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or technology consulting, including experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
- Proven experience designing enterprise solutions, system integrations, cloud-based platforms, and digital modernization initiatives within large, complex organizations.
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent.
- Experience with API integration, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevSecOps, enterprise integration platforms, workflow automation, and business process management (BPM).
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, identity and access management, Zero Trust principles, data governance, and architecture governance.
- Proficiency with architecture and modelling tools such as ArchiMate, Sparx Enterprise Architect, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
- Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect, PMP, ITIL, SABSA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence strategic technology decisions.
