A UK-based organisation is looking to engage a FTC Digital Transformation Manager to support a major digital transformation programme across its LMS, ecommerce and QA platforms.
This is a senior contract role focused on bringing structure and direction to an evolving transformation project. You will lead discovery, shape delivery planning and oversee implementation across multiple systems and suppliers.

- Lead discovery and current-state analysis across LMS, ecommerce and QA platforms
- Assess integrations, risks, dependencies and future-state options
- Work closely with stakeholders to define delivery plans and transformation roadmaps
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers throughout the programme lifecycle
- Oversee implementation activity and ensure projects remain aligned to business goals
- Bring structure, clarity and momentum to an evolving transformation environment
- Support decision making through clear communication, planning and risk management
What you’ll need
- Strong experience as a Digital Project Manager or Delivery Lead
- Background delivering platform transformation or rationalisation programmes
- Experience across LMS and ecommerce environments
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, early-stage transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and supplier coordination experience
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery oversight
