Join Primark’s Digital team as a Digital Visual Merchandiser, driving category campaigns and product launches across international websites through data-driven merchandising and cross-functional collaboration.
You'll help deliver a consistent brand experience, bringing key trends, styles, and promotions to life while enhancing the online customer journey.
What You’ll Do as a Digital Visual Merchandising Assistant
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Deliver on-brand product content across all Primark sites, ensuring consistency and relevance.
- Align digital merchandising with business priorities, focusing on key international markets: Germany, Spain, France, Italy, and the US.
- Partner with Digital Merchandising & Trading teams to support UK Click & Collect campaigns and drive performance against KPIs.
- Collaborate with Buying, Digital Marketing, Content, and Studio teams to launch priority styles, collections, and promotions in line with marketing plans.
- Support SEO-led content creation and page builds, working with the Visual Merchandising Officer to grow non-branded authority in key markets.
- Build and maintain campaign content pages across all territories.
- Validate international category landing page (CLP) updates and ensure accurate linking and content alignment.
- Track and report on campaign readiness across digital touchpoints, supporting workflow prioritisation and delivery.
- Report on campaign and international merchandising performance using available analytics and insight tools. Identify learnings to continuously improve future campaign performance and customer engagement.

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital role, with experience using content management systems and managing digital content.
- Strong IT proficiency, including Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work effectively with digital tools and platforms.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of the user experience and a passion for digital merchandising, fashion, and lifestyle trends.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and contribute effectively across teams.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple competing priorities and working to tight delivery timelines.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a proactive problem solver, with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes.
- Committed to continuous learning and sharing best practices, while actively supporting team development.
- Passionate about the fashion industry and the Primark brand, acting as a natural ambassador for Primark’s values and vision.
