The Role

We’re seeking an ambitious Digital Web Manager to optimise the digital experience across our market-leading brands.

Our websites are critical commercial assets, driving leads, engaging customers, and supporting the entire customer journey. In this role, you will:

  • Own website performance, improving conversion rates.
  • Ensure every digital touchpoint reflects our brand identity and quality.
  • Manage SEO, AEO, CRO, and CRM, balancing commercial priorities with user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Website Performance

  • Oversee the health, performance, and conversion of websites across multiple brands.
  • Lead:
    • Lead generation performance
    • User experience & customer journeys
    • Website quality and consistency
    • Technical improvements
    • Continuous optimisation
  • Treat each website as a living product, ensuring ongoing refinement.

Website Development

  • Lead the development roadmap and collaborate with:
    • Internal stakeholders
    • External agencies
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Prioritising development work
    • Translating business requirements into clear briefs
    • Managing external development partners
    • Ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery
    • Balancing quick wins with long-term enhancements

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

  • Work with SEO and CRO teams to improve website performance:
    • Identify conversion opportunities
    • Support A/B testing programmes
    • Analyse customer behaviour
    • Recommend UX improvements
    • Enhance customer journeys
    • Track landing page performance
    • Apply insights across all brands

Website Content & Brand Experience

  • Own the quality and consistency of the digital experience:
    • Ensure websites accurately represent each brand
    • Provide well-structured, easy-to-navigate content
    • Maintain consistent messaging and branding
    • Facilitate accurate, efficient content publishing
  • Collaborate with Brand & Content teams for commercially effective yet on-brand websites.

SEO & AI Search

  • Partner with SEO and AEO teams to optimise technical aspects:
    • Implement technical SEO improvements
    • Refine internal linking and site structure
    • Enhance page performance and schema implementation
    • Ensure AI search readiness
    • Uphold content publishing best practices

Analytics & Insight

  • Use data to drive improvements:
    • Monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and conversions
    • Analyse page engagement, technical performance, and customer journeys
    • Convert insights into actionable strategies that boost performance.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Build strong relationships across Marketing, Technology, and the wider business:
    • Manage external development agencies
    • Coordinate multi-brand website projects
    • Prioritise competing requests
    • Clarify progress openly
    • Ensure ** deliverable, measurable value**

Requirements

About You

  • Enthusiastic about improving digital experiences and leveraging data for website performance.

  • Organised, commercially minded, and equally comfortable:

    • Discussing customer journeys with marketers
    • Briefing technical teams on development.
  • You should bring:

    Experience managing websites in:

    • B2B, multi-site, or enterprise environments Strong CMS knowledge: Preference for WordPress UX & customer journey expertise Web analytics proficiency: (e.g., GA4 or Looker Studio) CRO and website optimisation best practices Technical SEO understanding & improvements Experience managing agencies or developers Strong project & stakeholder management skills Passion for building exceptional digital experiences
