The Vacancy
As part of our Marketing team, you will play an important role in managing and continuously improving our UK website. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity, content management, digital marketing, and data-driven decision making.
You will help ensure our website remains accurate, engaging, and effective, supporting campaign delivery, enhancing the user experience, and identifying opportunities to improve performance through insight and analysis.
This is a hands-on role that offers variety, collaboration, and the opportunity to develop your digital marketing expertise across website management, content optimisation, analytics, SEO, and emerging digital trends.
What You'll Do
Website Management
- Manage day-to-day updates to the website, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with business priorities.
- Build and edit web pages within our CMS (Sitecore).
- Support improvements to site navigation, content structure, and user journeys.
- Troubleshoot routine website issues and collaborate with developers when required.
Campaign & Content Support
- Upload and manage website content for marketing campaigns and product updates.
- Create and optimise landing pages to support marketing activity.
- Ensure content follows SEO best practices and brand guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver website updates effectively.
- Keep up to date with emerging AI-driven search trends, such as generative search, and support content optimisation to improve visibility.
Performance & Analysis
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Track key metrics including traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to content and user experience.
- Support tagging and tracking through Google Tag Manager.
- Assist with performance reporting across the website and online portal, working with relevant teams to deliver meaningful insights.

SEO & Paid Media Support
- Support SEO activity, including on-page optimisation and content enhancements.
- Assist with PPC landing page creation and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to implement improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a key contact for website updates across the business.
- Gather requirements and help prioritise requests alongside the Digital Marketing & Design Manager.
- Work with external partners and agencies to support ongoing website enhancements.
Working Arrangements
This role is based on a 35-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 8.00am and 9:00am.
Following your initial training period, you'll have the flexibility to work from home for up to two days per week.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from people with a mix of the following skills and experience:
- Experience managing and updating website content within a CMS.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for making minor content changes.
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
- An understanding of SEO principles and best practice.
- The ability to interpret data and identify practical improvements.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

What We Offer
- Basic salary up to £35,000 per annum
- 7% Discretionary annual bonus, based on individual and company performance (subject to eligibility)
- 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
