Digital Workspace Assistant

At DK Technology, we are looking for a Digital Workspace Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our core digital tools and help deliver a seamless employee experience. This is an opportunity for someone to build their career in technology, gain exposure across DK UK and our global teams, and develop a strong understanding of how digital systems support publishing.

Working closely with the Senior Digital Workspace Manager, you will help support key workplace platforms, assist with digital projects, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the tools and processes that colleagues rely on every day. From troubleshooting user queries to supporting system updates and user adoption, this role is central to helping DK Technology deliver practical, reliable solutions that keep the business moving.

In This Role

  • You will be the go-to person for support across tools such as Asana and Google Workspace, helping colleagues get the most from the systems they use every day.
  • You will also support content management and publishing automation tools, working with internal teams and suppliers to help resolve issues, maintain system updates, and improve the way our platforms operate.
  • You will ensure technology is used effectively across the business, that users feel supported, and key processes run smoothly. This includes creating guides and training materials to make it easier for colleagues to adopt new tools and follow best practice.

Why You’ll Enjoy

  • This is a fantastic role for someone who wants to learn, grow, and gain breadth across a busy and collaborative technology environment.
  • You will have the chance to unpick tricky technical problems with manager support, building confidence as you go and developing your own technical knowledge along the way.
  • Our small team provides exposure to both UK and global operations, offering insight into how technology supports publishing commercially and practically. You will build stakeholder relationships and support meaningful business change.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
