Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Citrix Engineer to join the HSE Digital Workspace team on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will provide engineering support across a large-scale national Citrix environment, with a particular focus on the NetScaler ADC/Gateway platform. The role will involve supporting, maintaining, and enhancing core Citrix infrastructure while working closely with internal teams and support partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support across the Citrix platform, including NetScaler ADC/Gateway, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, and MCS environments.
- Act as the primary technical resource for the NetScaler estate.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Citrix and NetScaler issues.
- Support platform upgrades, lifecycle activities, and service improvements.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation.
- Work with internal teams and external support partners on operational and project activities.

- Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise Citrix environments.
- Experience with NetScaler ADC/Gateway administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Citrix StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, and MCS.
- Good understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Experience with load balancing, SSL certificates, and authentication technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within large enterprise environments.
