The digital journey and need for associated analytics increase at an ever-greater pace in all aspects of society and life. Our digital internship placement within Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy will ask you to stretch your imagination and the business around you as you deliver creative ways to support the global enterprise through use of both the current data architecture and development of that for the future.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across various functions and locations within the Wind Power business to meet the delivery of internal and external partners.
  • Support with reporting and analytics that will support the business making decisions at all levels.
  • Engage as an active member of a team comprising Entry Level Talent (Apprentices, Interns, Graduates) to contribute to broader business projects through our culture hub, providing valuable teamwork experiences and opportunities to refine your presentation skills.

What You Bring

  • You are pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, or any degree with analytics modules.
  • You have a clear passion for the development of digital assets to capture, report and interpret big business data.
  • You are familiar with, or interested in coding – we will support you in developing these skills.
  • You enjoy taking initiative, and with our support, you feel confident accepting responsibility for live tasks and assigned projects.
  • You are adaptable, excel at connecting and communicating with others, and take pride in maintaining a positive attitude.
  • You embrace change and approach unexpected challenges with enthusiasm.
  • You possess analytical thinking skills and seek to deepen your engineering knowledge across various systems.
  • You can work effectively as part of a diverse, multi-disciplinary team.
