Digital Trading Manager
As our Digital Trading Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital media strategy and execution across multiple markets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Timezone preferably GMT +/-1, to manage USA, EU, and MEAA.
Responsibilities
- Performance:
- You will work with Global teams to develop Success Models for our different categories.
- Work with local brand teams to define digital strategies and recommend best ways to use social, programmatic, and other relevant platforms to deliver across business objectives.
- You will manage and optimise campaigns across various channels to drive performance metrics.
- You will analyse campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- You will educate wider teams on best practices, benefits, and purpose of digital media.
- Lastly, you will be proactive in sharing good results and case studies to wider teams.
- Develop and execute digital media plans that align with the company’s brand objectives and business goals.
- Carry out health checks to ensure best practices.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners.
- Eager to learn and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with the wider team across all markets to share learnings and knowledge.
- Educate wider teams on digital best practice, benefits, and purpose of digital media.
- Make full use of technology available, implementing processes and practices that maximize operational efficiencies.

Required Skills / Experience

- Proven hands-on activation experience in digital media management, with a track record of successful campaigns operation and platform exposure (DV360/Meta/TTD, etc).
- A drive to learn and build knowledge in multiple digital media channels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Well versed in creating insightful reports and presentations, as well as a poised presenter.
- Working with various stakeholders with a drive to achieve one common goal.
