Dimaco Systems Trainer
We are currently recruiting Dimaco System Trainer to join our Retail team at Pilgrim's Europe - Dungannon
This is a TEMPORARY ROLE.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Training new and existing labels into the Dimaco system
- Compiling and summarising downtime for all retail lines
- Identifying trends/gaps in downtime and reporting to management
Key Information
- Temporary maternity cover role

- Working hours are 06.00am-18.00pm rotational as a part of the Team B
- Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
- Week 2: Wed, Thurs
Key Responsibilities
- Train new labels into the Dimaco system and retrain as required
- Monitor and report on fail rates, identifying causes and solutions
- Compile and summarise downtime across all retail lines
- Identify and report trends and gaps in downtime to management
- Provide feedback and reports to management
- Provide holiday cover for Label Verifier across shifts
- Support the company's health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Carry out any additional duties as required by the Production Manager

Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others
- Work safely in compliance with company health and safety policies
- Report hazards, accidents, and near misses promptly
- Use protective equipment provided and observe hygiene standards
- Assist in accident investigations to prevent recurrence
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
- Numerate, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and unsupervised
- Good manual dexterity
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Flexible to work across all shifts
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well with others
Desirable:
- Experience communicating at different levels within an organisation
- Ability to extract and present system data meaningfully in Excel
- Knowledge of factory processes and products
- Ability to complete and understand paperwork accurately
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
