Your Impact
As a Dior Beauty Consultant—part of our dynamic Beauty team—you will embody the brand with passion. This role is everything: an unforgettable client experience, peak sales standards, and a commitment to Dior’s values.
- Work closely with teams, retailers, and collaborators.
- Shape interactions that leave a lasting impression.
Crucial for brand advocacy, service excellence, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Selling Dior with Exceptional Service
- Consultative Selling:
- Engage clients on-counter and via traffic-stopping techniques.
- Understand deep clientele needs through a personalised beauty approach.
- Apply the D.I.O.R. method—Discover, Interact, Offer, Recommend—to craft seamless, high-end service.
- Education & Engagement:
- Passionate storytelling about the Dior brand & products.
- Demonstrate expertise on Dior beauty, category trends, and competitors.
- Commercial Excellence:
- Meet and exceed remote and in-store sales targets.
- Achieve counter KPIs monthly.

Client Relationship & Experience Management
- Loyalty & Retention:
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Engage new clients through genuine interactions.
- Manage CRM systems, track data, and optimise reachability.
- Leverage Dior Tools:
- Use Dior Connect & IPOS to capture traffic, build loyalty, and drive action.
Operations & Compliance
- Competence & Execution:
- Follow merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor inventory and display updates (if applicable).
- Operate cash registers (if applicable).
- Adherence:
- Maintain punctuality and attendance.
- Follow Dior grooming & corporate standards.

Profile & Skills
Preferred Experience
- 1-2 years in retail/service (luxury preferred).
- Proven track record of exceptional sales in luxury retail.
Essential Skills
- Soft Skills: Critical thinking, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, collaboration.
- Hard Skills: Proficient in new technologies, adaptability.
