Your Impact
As a Beauty Consultant within the Dior team, you will embody our brand ethos by delivering an unforgettable client experience, meeting sales targets, and reinforcing Dior’s luxury image. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, retailers, or freelancers while upholding Dior’s esteemed standards.
Key Responsibilities
SELLING DIOR
- Conduct in-store and remote sales by acting as a personal shopper
- Apply the D.I.O.R. brand method to sell Dior products with:
- Personalized product demonstrations
- Knowledge of complementary offers (intracategory and crosscategory)
- A global beauty approach tailored to client needs
- Educate clients about the brand’s enduring values and craftsmanship
- Achieve monthly sales targets and counter KPIs
- Master brand, category and competitor knowledge

Client Experience & CRM
- Build long-term brand relationships through meaningful customer engagement
- Register client data in Dior’s CRM tools (e.g., Dior Connect, Ipos)
- Use Dior’s content & tools to enhance loyalty and drive traffic
- Follow up effectively with existing clients
OPERATIONS (If Applicable)
- Apply merchandising guidelines and maintain shelf stock visibility
- Monitor stock levels, inventory, and new product introductions (if needed)
- Operate cash registers and close daily revenues (where applicable)
- Handle operational/administrative tasks as assigned
- Follow counter rules (attendance, punctuality) and Dior grooming protocols
Profile & Requirements
We seek candidates with:
- Preferred experience: Retail or service roles (ideally within luxury retail, 1–2 years)
- Luxury retail expertise (developing strong sales strategies or understanding high-end customer service)
- Soft skills:
