Your Impact

Within the Retail team, the Dior Ambassador is responsible for driving beauty sales by achieving sales targets, promoting the brand, and providing a personalized luxury service to customers. This role is crucial for maintaining Parfums Christian Dior's image as a luxury brand and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including the Counter Manager and other retail staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Day-to-Day Missions

  • Pro-actively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
  • Be an expert on makeup and skincare, able to present and apply products to inspire and gain new clients.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your line manager.
  • Pro-actively link sell across product categories, to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (ATU).
  • Initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
  • Develop personal relationships with clients and gain loyalty, introducing the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme to all clients.
  • Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
  • Participate in merchandise management and ensure that it is in line with Corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels, report any issues and ensure that there are sufficient levels.
  • Adhere to all company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Update ipos tool with client data including all sales and client profile.
  • Develop and utilise customer database on ipos to build clientele (phone calls, product launch events and appointments.

PROFILE

Previous experience

Previous experience working in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools (e.g., ipos).
  • Excellent product presentation and application.
