LOCATION: Selfridges, W1 London
HOURS: Full Time, Temporary position

Your Impact
As a Beauty Consultant for Parfums Christian Dior, you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for driving fragrance & beauty sales by achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand and providing a personalised luxury service to customers.
Through your passion for the brand you will demonstrate an attitude that befits Parfums Christian Dior at all times.
Position
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
Sales
To be an expert in Fragrance, makeup and skincare, able to present and apply products to inspire and gain new clients To pro - actively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service and experience to customers To be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your line manager To pro - actively link & cross sell over all product categories, to increase average transaction value (ATV) and items per transaction (IPT) KPI - To achieve set sales targets
Service
To be knowledgeable on all Parfums Christian Dior products and be able to propose personalised products to clients To initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping To develop personal relationships with clients and gain loyalty, introducing the DIOR “My Exclusive Loyalty Programme” reward scheme to all clients To educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brands rich heritage KPI - to deliver expertise in a Clients Experience (CX) & NPS feedback scores

General
To participate in merchandise management and ensure that it is in line with Corporate guidelines, protecting the brands image To monitor stock levels, report any issues and ensure that there are sufficient levels To adhere to all company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook To Build a strong Brand database - update ipos tool with client data including all sales and client profile To develop and utilise customer database on ipos to build clientele (phone calls, product launch events and appointments) The responsibilities outlined in this job description are subject to change based on the company's needs and ongoing projects
Profile
Previous experience working in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.

Previous experience working in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous. Expert knowledge of fragrances: able to evoke passionate responses to fragrance notes. Product knowledge: knowledgeable on all Parfums Christian Dior products, especially fragrances. Selling techniques: proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and link-sell across product categories. Client relationship management: ability to develop personal relationships with clients and introduce loyalty schemes. Merchandise management: understanding and adherence to corporate guidelines. Inventory monitoring: ability to monitor stock levels and report issues.
