About The Role
As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide in-home support for older people and help them live safely, confidently, and independently in their own home.
Your Duties May Include
- Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Supporting medication routines
- Transport to shops and appointments
- Social support and companionship
- Encouraging community participation and independence

About You
- Available at least 3 days per week
- Able to work independently and manage your time.
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable using a smartphone.
- Additional languages highly valued (Arabic, Bosnian, Spanish, Cantonese/Mandarin and Italian speakers)
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Community Services, or Aged Care
- Current driver’s licence and a registered, insured vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Valid working rights
