About the Role
The successful candidate will be accountable for:
- The placement, coordination, and delivery of a variety of services and products
- Ensuring completion within set timescales
- Demonstrating flexibility towards tasks that may vary significantly between projects
- Coordination and communication of order progression throughout the project lifecycle, in line with customer communication plans

- Customer engagement and communication, setting expectations
- Creation and maintenance of project documents (e.g., delivery trackers)
- Undertaking delivery activities to ensure milestones are achieved
- Arranging and ensuring site access
- Management of third parties and associated deliverables
- Milestone and stage management
- Data capture (e.g., missed appointments or early-life failures)
- Highlighting risks, issues, and lessons learned
- Status reporting as required
Requirements
- Prince 2 Foundation course or equivalent project experience
- Background in Telecoms/IT or similar industry
- Strong project planning experience
- Background in customer satisfaction and engagement, including meetings and communication
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- A keen eye for detail
