About Us

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will combine sales expertise, customer service excellence, and operational support to create memorable experiences for every visitor. Whether demonstrating Dyson technology, resolving customer queries, or supporting after-sales services, you will be passionate about delivering outstanding results and building long-term customer loyalty.

This is a customer-facing role within a fast-paced flagship retail environment where you'll work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives and deliver an exceptional brand experience.

About The Role

Deliver An Exceptional Customer Experience

  • Welcome customers and create engaging, personalised experiences that reflect Dyson's premium brand.
  • Understand customer needs through active listening and expert product consultation.
  • Demonstrate Dyson technologies confidently, highlighting features, benefits, and innovation.
  • Build customer relationships that encourage brand loyalty and advocacy.

Sales & Product Demonstration

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Inspire customers through interactive product demonstrations and hands-on experiences.
  • Recommend tailored product solutions based on customer needs and lifestyles.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Dyson's product portfolio and upcoming innovations.

  • Support customers with product enquiries, technical troubleshooting, repairs, exchanges, and returns.
  • Conduct basic product diagnostics and provide clear, easy-to-understand solutions.
  • Manage customer cases from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Liaise with internal support teams, service centres, and supply chain partners when required.

Operational Excellence

  • Accurately manage customer records and service requests using internal systems such as Salesforce and other Dyson platforms.
  • Support stock management, inventory counts, replenishment activities, and store administration.
  • Ensure product displays, service areas, and back-of-house spaces remain organised, safe, and visually appealing.
  • Comply with all Dyson policies, processes, and data privacy requirements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey.
  • Share insights and best practices with colleagues and store leadership.
  • Support store initiatives, events, and activities designed to drive engagement and commercial performance.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology, people, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in premium retail, customer service, hospitality, or a customer-facing sales environment.
  • Experience supporting customers with product queries or after-sales services is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Confident using technology and customer management systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a desire to continuously improve.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required by the business.
