What We Do

LUX Rewards is a B2B fintech scale-up on a mission to help brands gain and retain more customers. We give brands like Zenni, iHerb, SEMRush, and Macdonald Hotels access to 650 million high spenders, consumers, business cardholders and travellers, via our card-linked-offer partnerships with banks, airlines and engaging reward schemes (UK, EU, US, CAN, LATAM) including Mastercard Business, Capital on Tap, Revolut, Bank of America and more.

The Role (2 available)

Sales. It's one of those skills that a lot of people take for granted. In reality, we all work in sales, everyday, and it's a critical skill for SO many areas of life.

Whether it's convincing a mate to come out to dinner with you, asking a shop assistant to accept your 10%'student' discount (when you graduated back in 2018…), or chatting to someone that you like the look of in a bar - it's all sales. How you get your message across, pique interest, answer their questions or concerns, combat any pushback, arrange next steps and so on.

That's the role! But this one's for the self-starters. You'll be building your own pipeline from scratch. You'll use email, sequences, text, phone calls, physical visits, events and anything else in your utility belt to find and win over relevant clients who are eager to learn more about how we can help.

You'll then own that client through our sales funnel - from discovery call & initial questions through to deal closure & passing onto our Onboarding Team / AMs.

We're looking for two of these - genuine hunters who've done this before and know exactly what great self-generation looks like.

Who You'll be Working With

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We operate a small, hungry team of entrepreneurial people who all buy into the same vision. We're a friendly bunch, and we encourage team members to be clear about what they enjoy, don't enjoy, want to develop, and so on.

Our leadership team is highly capable of delivering in a fast-growth environment. We have experience selling into and delivering projects within the financial services and consulting sectors from our time at Visa, Worldpay, IBM, Accenture, Atos and Filament AI. We also have a number of notable investors and advisors supporting the business, including Just Eat.

Apply If You're Thinking "That's Me!" When Reading The Below…

  • You've got a proven track record - 1-3+ years of running the full sales cycle start to finish, and generating your own leads to do it
  • You've built and run your own cold outreach campaigns (email and/or calling) that have generated meetings at scale - not a handful here and there, a genuine pipeline week on week
  • You're used to running 10+ sales meetings a week, and you're the one driving them from outreach right through to closing and handing over to onboarding
  • You've got a track record of hitting - and overachieving - your sales targets, not just scraping over the line
  • You can run your own sales calls and close your own deals - no hand holding required (once you’re fully trained)
  • Highly motivated, driven, tenacious and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach
  • You demonstrate adaptability, diligence and are a team player
  • You have good communication skills, and fluent English language skills
  • You have a strong desire and aptitude for problem solving
  • You're resilient - in sales, you get push back, no's, and go aways
  • CLO or rewards scheme experience at a bank or CLO partner is a bonus but not a requirement
  • Prior experience using sales tools such as Hubspot (or similar CRMs) is beneficial

A heads up on what we'll ask for

We want to see the receipts. Be ready to walk us through a cold outreach campaign you've built and run yourself - the numbers, the results, the meetings it generated - and talk us through what a normal week of sales activity looks like for you. We're looking for someone who's specifically done this exact thing before, not someone who thinks they could.

What's In It For You

  • Competitive base salary (£35,000 to £45,000), depending on experience level
  • Clear route to £50,000 base and six-figure total comp within 1-3 years
  • Quarterly uncapped commission structure
  • Be part of a growing, exciting tech scale-up that's moving fast and has huge potential to shake up the rewards scheme industry
  • Flexible working schedule
  • Work from WeWork's across London, where perks include free Barista, table tennis, table football, beers and more on tap everyday (free), meeting rooms, call booths, comfy areas and cosy areas. We love it!
  • We also have access to WeWork offices worldwide (you read that right!). As and when you're smashing the role, there may be opportunities to remote work from these other locations
  • Access to Private medical insurance (after probation)
  • 25 days holiday (after probation) plus bank holidays plus long-service holiday
  • Monthly team socials - darts, mini golf, escape rooms and more
