Renewable Energy Sales Consultant | £50,000–£100,000 OTE | Pre-Qualified Leads

Following our latest accreditation and being named Octopus Cosy Installer of the Year, we are continuing our rapid growth and are now looking for experienced sales professionals to join our expanding team.

Our Renewable Energy Sales Consultants Receive
- £27,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE of £50,000 - £100,000)

Key Responsibilities Of Our Field Sales Consultants
- Conduct 2–4 home energy surveys daily from pre-qualified, appointed leads (no cold calling).
- Recommend the most suitable renewable energy solutions — including heat pumps, solar panels, and battery storage — tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Deliver professional, ethical, and customer-focused sales presentations.
- Maintain our excellent customer service reputation.
- Work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
Requirements Of Our Sales Executive
- Proven Direct Sales experience is a must in one or more of the following:
- Heat Pumps
- Solar PV (Solar Panels)
- Gas Boilers
- Electric Heating
- Confident closer with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Competent computer and CRM skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong work ethic.
- Desire to build a high-earning career in the renewable energy sales sector.
Location & Working Pattern of our Renewable Energy Sales Consultants
- Head Office: Paisley, Scotland
- After full training, you’ll work from home, visiting the office only for meetings and ongoing development.
- You’ll cover customer appointments throughout Scotland nearest to the location of your home.
