- Air Source Heat Pumps
- Solar PV Systems
- Gas Boilers
Based in Paisley, Scotland, we serve customers across Scotland and the North East of England, maintaining an outstanding reputation with hundreds of 5-star Trustpilot reviews.

- £27,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (totalling £50,000–£100,000 OTE)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 2–4 home energy surveys daily from pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
- Recommend tailored renewable energy solutions – heat pumps, solar panels, or boilers – to each customer
- Deliver professional, ethical, and customer-focused sales presentations
- Uphold excellent customer service standards
- Work both independently and as part of a dynamic sales team
Requirements
- Proven direct sales experience in one or more of these areas:
- Heat Pumps
- Solar PV (Solar Panels)
- Gas Boilers
- Electric Heating Systems
- Confidentcloser with strong communication and negotiation skills
- CRM competency and computer proficiency
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong work ethic
- Desire to build a high-earning career in renewable energy sales

Location & Working Pattern
- Head Office: Paisley, Scotland
- Hybrid role: After training, you’ll work from home, visiting the office only for meetings/development
- Appointment coverage: Flexible Bookings throughout Scotland, based nearest to your home location
