We are looking for a confident and experienced Freelance Direct Sales Representative to work with our growing team on a self-employed basis.

This is a customer-facing sales role working with qualified leads provided by the company, speaking with homeowners who have already shown an interest in our services. You will be responsible for attending appointments, understanding the customer’s requirements, explaining the most suitable solutions and guiding them confidently through the sales process.

Previous experience in direct, face-to-face or in-home sales is important for this role. Experience within the home improvement, insulation, windows, roofing, renewable energy or wider property improvement sectors would be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend pre-qualified customer appointments provided by the company
  • Build rapport with homeowners and understand their individual requirements
  • Clearly explain our products, services and the benefits available to the customer
  • Present quotations and confidently guide customers through the decision-making process
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, quotations and sales activity
  • Provide a professional and consultative customer experience from initial appointment through to sale
  • Work closely with the wider sales, surveying and operations teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
