High Growth PE-Backed Technology Business
A rapidly expanding, PE-backed technology business is looking to hire a Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing Manager to join its growing international tax function.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business undergoing significant global expansion, where the successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening tax processes, enhancing governance and supporting a range of international tax matters across the Group.
Working closely with the Head of Tax and wider Finance team, this role will have broad ownership across direct tax compliance, transfer pricing, international tax reporting and tax risk management. The position offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to help shape the tax function within a high-growth environment.

Role Responsibilities
- Take ownership of corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with external advisors and local Finance teams.
- Oversee tax reporting processes and ensure key filing obligations are delivered accurately and on time.
- Maintain oversight of global tax deadlines and compliance requirements.
- Monitor changes in international tax legislation and assess potential impacts on the business.
- Manage the Group's transfer pricing approach, including policy implementation, documentation and ongoing governance.
- Coordinate preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files and Master File requirements.
- Support benchmarking exercises and review transfer pricing methodologies alongside external specialists.
- Support the Head of Tax on strategic projects, including business expansion, restructuring activity and new market entry.
- Assist with analysis relating to international tax developments, including OECD initiatives, Pillar Two and country reporting requirements.
- Support the development of robust tax controls, processes and governance frameworks.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate is likely to have:
- 5-8 years' experience gained within international corporate tax.
- Strong technical experience across direct tax and transfer pricing.
- Exposure to international tax developments such as BEPS, Pillar Two and CbCR.
- A relevant professional qualification (ACA, CTA, ATT, CPA or equivalent).
