Director
Director – Environmental Planning, TDD | EIA | Bristol – Hybrid | Up to £90,000 + Bonus
PT Renewable is currently supporting a well-established global environmental consultancy with ambitious growth plans across the UK.
About the Role
As part of their next phase of expansion, they are seeking to appoint a senior Environmental Planning and EIA candidate to reinforce and grow their South West presence.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone eager to build client relationships, teams, service lines, or regional market positions.
The Opportunity
You will take a key leadership role in leading and delivering Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Planning projects, while also helping shape the future direction of the business in the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee EIA and Environmental Planning projects
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across public and private sectors
- Support business development and contribute to work-winning activities
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Contribute to regional growth strategies
- Collaborate with technical specialists across multiple environmental disciplines

About You
- Strong background in Environmental Planning and/or EIA
- Ability to build a new market in the South West (or leverage an existing one)
- Commercial acumen with client-facing experience
- Proven track record of developing business opportunities and relationships
- Experience leading teams and driving growth initiatives
- Consultancy experience is essential
