About The Role

As a CBRE Project Management Sr. Manager, you’ll manage a team responsible for providing advanced management services to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.

This role is part of the Project Management function, where you'll be responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion.


What You’ll Do

  • Staff Leadership

    • Provide formal supervision to employees
    • Monitor training and development of staff
    • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching
    • Oversee recruiting and hiring of new employees
  • Team Coordination & Planning

    • Coordinate and manage daily team activities
    • Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff
    • Set and track staff and department deadlines
    • Mentor and coach team members as needed
  • Project & Contract Management

    • Oversee all phases of project management (procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution)
    • Ensure contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeouts are accurate, timely, and compliant

  • Financial Oversight

    • Monitor billing, accounts receivable collection, expense monitoring, staffing, and full P&L to EBITDA
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with other business lines to achieve strategic business objectives
  • Risk Mitigation & Strategic Problem-Solving

    • Identify complex project risks
    • Lead reviews and develop risk mitigation and backup plans
    • Apply broad business knowledge to improve integration across disciplines
    • Lead by example, modeling CBRE RISE values and influencing adoption
    • Solve technical and operational challenges with systemic impact
    • Recognize broader departmental trends and improve existing methods, processes, and standards

What You’ll Need

  • Education/Experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience
    • May consider combinations of education and experience in lieu of a degree
    • LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations highly preferred
