The Opportunity
Director (Managing Director)
This is a brand new role, with high-autonomy, a high-impact leadership role built for a proven individual who wants to 'springboard' their career to help to continue to build something meaningful without starting from scratch. This role will suit the type of person who naturally describes themselves as: entrepreneurial, ambitious, positive mindset and definitely driven. Someone who wants to continue to build, and grow, not just manage.
Someone who looks at "inheriting a team" and sees a running start, not a finished job. Most importantly, you’re entrepreneurial. You may have thought about setting up on your own, but the opportunity to join an established business, inherit a proven team, and earn meaningful equity feels like the smarter next move.
Importantly, this it isn’t an opportunity to simply maintain and manage what’s already there. This is an opportunity to really be able to grow.
You’ll inherit an established team of billing consultants from day one, be comfortable (and happy) to continue developing your own business, and take ownership of the day-to-day operation. Leading from the front is key here.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
