Director - Benchmarking

Kroll Digital Solutions

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Director to join our team and take responsibility for the ongoing production and evolution of a new series of financial benchmarks. These benchmarks are currently focused on private company loans though we plan to expand them to additional asset classes and segments. This is a ground floor opportunity to drive improvements to existing processes and extend them to related products in order to meet the needs of our clients and our business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the end-to-end benchmark production process, including data sourcing, benchmark calculation, validation, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams across technology, data, sales, marketing, legal, and compliance, to ensure the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of the benchmarks.
  • Support the sales and clients in their use and understanding of these benchmarks.
  • Identify and implement enhancements and innovations to the benchmark production process, leveraging technology and data solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance and usage of the benchmarks, and solicit feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify and prioritize product improvements and new features.
  • Communicate and present the value proposition and benefits of the benchmarks to internal and external audiences, such as senior management, clients, media, and industry events.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the financial markets, especially in the company loans and bonds sector, and the financial benchmark industry.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
