Overview

  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Reports to: VP, Global Business Development Commerce

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader who can bring their experience to Enterprise Sales allowing for effective engagement with key partners at several levels. You will build and execute the strategy to capture new customers and deepen existing partnerships.

This position is responsible for leading and developing a team of Business Development Reps in EMEA with a focus on establishing growth strategies and driving revenue with our largest most-strategic clients and partners. The position requires a track record of successful executive engagement in a complex solution selling and competitive environment. The position requires the leader to work together with a team of business development reps to develop an account plan and to identify, sell and close large programs across the region. The candidate must have a consultative/strategic approach to selling solutions to sales, marketing, and procurement senior executives and C-level executives.

You must have a strong background in coaching and developing sales professions, excellent presentation skills and relationship building is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly review sales pipeline with BD team, ensuring CRM is up to date and accurately reflects the status of ongoing opportunities
  • Lead the process of quarterly forecasting by reviewing individual and team-level sales targets and adjusting based on current pipeline and anticipated opportunity sales stage and close dates.
  • Build and execute strategy to grow the commercial and strategic relationships in EMEA
  • Develop relationships and credibility required to effectively convey the value of BHN’s solutions and vision to C-level executives.
  • Skillfully manage complex sales environments utilizing excellent negotiation, relationship, and presentation skills.
  • Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders across BHN to achieve desired results.
  • Achieve strong customer satisfaction scores from clients
  • Provide strong leadership to lead and manage sales talent
  • Strong administration and presentation skills to report sales/client activity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience in business development with a minimum of leading individual contributors
  • Highly effective communication and relationship building skills with our internal leadership team, international team, and important cross functional teams in our corporate and international offices.
  • Experience in solution-based selling to sales, marketing, and procurement senior executives and C-level executives.
  • Superior relationship building skill with a passion and hunger to win
  • Experience negotiating complex contracts and achieving terms which are favorable to BHN
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and salesforce.com (or other CRM tool)
  • Proven and documented track record of sales success (top quartile performer)
  • Ability to travel 25-50 % of the time to visit clients and attend tradeshows
  • Executive presentation skills; including in-person, written and verbal
