Director, Business Management

About the Role

The Director, Business Management will oversee key initiatives within the Risk & Compliance department to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strategic leadership and deep expertise in the financial services industry to drive impactful results.

Profile – Essential Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and its regulatory environment
  • Proven leadership skills to manage teams and drive strategic initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate risks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Background in Risk & Compliance or a related field

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in business management, operations, or program management
  • Proven managerial/leadership experience in a cyber security or technology-related function
