Profile – Essential Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and its regulatory environment
- Proven leadership skills to manage teams and drive strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate risks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Background in Risk & Compliance or a related field
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in business management, operations, or program management
- Proven managerial/leadership experience in a cyber security or technology-related function
