Overview Oury Clark is a multidisciplinary professional services firm combining chartered accountancy, legal, and tax advisory services. The firm is experiencing sustained growth and is seeking to appoint an ACA-qualified Director with a clear pathway to Partnership within 6–12 months, subject to performance.

This role will attract an ambitious, driven individual who is looking for a fast track development to traditional partnership within an agile, independent, innovative and forward thinking professional services firm who put people and service in the forefront of their offering.

Role Purpose To provide strategic, technical, and commercial leadership across a diverse client portfolio, while contributing to the growth and development of the firm.

Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Delivery Lead and manage a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. Provide high-quality advisory services spanning accounting, tax, and business strategy. Act as a trusted adviser delivering commercially focused solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards. Business Development Originate and convert new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong client and intermediary relationships. Contribute to revenue growth targets. Participate in cross-selling across service lines. Collaboration Work closely with legal, accounting and tax specialists to deliver integrated client solutions.
