Job Summary
This is a unique opportunity to operate at the heart of a high-growth, multi-region Go-To-Market (GTM) organisation spanning EMEA and LATAM.
As Director, Chief of Staff, you will partner closely with senior leadership to drive execution against ambitious growth priorities, ensuring alignment, pace, and impact across a complex and distributed business.
You will act as a strategic advisor, operator, and integrator—translating priorities into action, connecting teams, and enabling leadership to perform at their best. This role offers exceptional visibility, influence, and the opportunity to shape how a regional GTM organisation operates and scales.
What You’ll Do

Drive strategy into execution
- Translate growth priorities into actionable plans with milestones
- Track progress using data-driven insights to guide decisions
- Support leadership rhythms like reviews, forecasting, and planning

Enable cross-functional alignment
- Connect Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, Finance, and Talent
- Align on priorities like market expansion, pipeline growth, hiring, and performance
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and speed execution

Shape operating rhythm and planning
- Drive leadership forum cadence and effectiveness
- Support annual and in-year planning with cross-functional alignment
- Introduce structure and clarity to operations and results

Elevate communication and engagement
- Enable clear, consistent communication organization-wide
- Partner with Communications and Marketing on leadership and engagement messaging
- Ensure strategic priorities reach a dispersed workforce

Strengthen leadership team effectiveness
- Support leadership as an aligned, high-performing unit
- Facilitate discussions, challenge views, and drive timely decisions
- Focus on highest-impact priorities amid competing demands

Lead high-impact initiatives
- Own critical cross-functional projects for business performance
- Bridge strategy and execution with measurable outcomes
- Represent leadership in key forums and initiatives
What You Bring
- Strong business acumen, with experience across Go-to-Market (GTM) functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Operations
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actions
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity, direction, and structure
- High integrity and sound judgement when handling sensitive or complex situations
