We are seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Executive - Client Coverage Insurance and banking. This role is located in London servicing the Banks Broker Dealer and Insurance community.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Manage a book of clients driving the development of new business & maintaining existing revenue streams supporting relationships working collaboratively with members of the London Client Coverage Team. Conduct frequent and regular check-ins with assigned clients/prospects, ensuring their continued satisfaction ensuring continued satisfaction and strategic alignment with firm services/product offerings. Continually evaluate client/prospects needs, ensure sustained client engagement, and pursue opportunities to enhance firm's products, services, and renew exposure with client/prospects. Convey a deep understanding of industry themes within the BBDI industry and take responsibility for achievement of organic, incremental growth (revenue, asset) goals within assigned client portfolios Prospecting new client relationships and facilitating the onboarding of new revenue and assets. Develop, track and report on relationship strategy/results for assigned portfolio. Contribute to the development of team/unit metrics, dashboards and roadmaps. Maintain up to date pipeline of new business opportunities. Work closely with business development teams to ensure relationship management strategy is aligned with overall sales strategy. Keep abreast of client account activity occurring throughout the firm and often serve as the ultimate escalation point for client satisfaction. Prospecting new clients in a similar industry or segment of existing clients. Conduct service review meetings and assist in client training, sharing of market information/experience. Contribute to the development of overall RM strategies for the unit. Work with other Relationship Managers and/or marshal firm-wide resources (product, global client management, marketing, legal, compliance, etc.) to ensure that sales priorities and client needs are being addressed. Proactively inform clients of industry developments or firm thought leadership. Ensures client onboarding and/or risk management activities are conducted and captured (KYC, BAC, etc.) Attend industry events and conferences to remain visible in the market and remain current on industry trends and competitor services/offerings.

To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following:

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. Sufficient years of total work experience preferred. Financial Services experience with a particular focus on Banks, Broker Dealer and Insurance segment is preferred as is prior experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management. Experience with Alternative or Investment Manager clients is a plus. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
